Terms of use
Last updated: 1 October 2026. This is a draft pending legal review.
These terms are between you and RANDEF s.r.o., Jaurisova 515/4, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic, company ID 09514414 ("we"). By using Senslo you agree to them.
The service
Senslo helps two people share how they are, talk, and spend time together. It isn't therapy, counselling or medical advice. If you or your relationship are in crisis, please contact a professional or local emergency services.
Your account
- You must be at least 18.
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in methods secure.
- A shared space is for two people who both chose to join it. Don't use Senslo to monitor, pressure or harm anyone.
Your content
What you write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to you and, according to the privacy labels you choose, to your partner, only to run the service. Don't upload anything illegal or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.
Free and Premium
The core of Senslo is free. Premium adds more content and features for both partners in a shared space; it's shown on the Premium screen before you buy.
- Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your App Store or Google Play settings, or, for purchases on our website, in the app under You → Premium → Manage subscription.
- Free trials convert into a paid subscription unless you cancel before they end.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium for as long as we operate Senslo.
- Purchases in the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google under their terms, including refunds. Purchases on our website are billed through our payment processor.
- EU right of withdrawal (website purchases): you may withdraw within 14 days. Because Premium is digital content delivered immediately, you agree when buying that it starts right away, and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has started, as far as the law allows.
- Premium belongs to the person who bought it and covers the space they're in. If they leave the space, their partner's access ends.
- Prices may change for future periods. We'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Senslo running, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut Senslo down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice and a way to download your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or for how you and your partner use what you share with each other. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time (You → Account → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Law and disputes
Czech law applies, without taking away the protection of the laws of the country you live in. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, or the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
